Our priority support is here to help your site run smoothly. Any regular task that is important to the upkeep of your site is what we focus on. Need to swap out a photo? No problem. Need to install a plugin? We’ll take care of it?

TendWP Priority Support does not include design, coding, custom functionality, theme building or other tasks that are not part of the regular upkeep of the site. However, we do offer custom Web Design & Development Services. Please reach out and we would be glad to give you a custom quote.

The amount of work that can be done in one hour of Priority Support varies. Typically we can upload and swap out 10-20 photos, update 3-5 commerce products, install 10 plugins, install 5 themes, or change all the main type colors/fonts on your site. Whether you need those specific things done at one time, it illustrates what can be done in the time frame.

We will be very clear and upfront with how long a task will take and let you know before we get started. We calculate our time by the minute, so whatever we don’t use will still be available. We will never take more time than we quoted. If a task will take longer we will let you know before proceeding.

On a Maintenance Plan your support hours will restart every month. Unused hours will not rollover into the next month.

Any stand alone Priority Support hours or those purchased in addition to a Maintenance Plan do not expire.

We make it easy to get in touch with us. Log into your account area and navigate to the support menu. From there you can easily open a support ticket.

If you already have an account with TendWP, simply log into your account area and navigate to the support menu. From there you can choose the amount of hours you need and purchase them.

If you are not already an account holder, you can purchase Support Hours individually a choose a monthly Maintenance Plan.
